I visit Jeddah every single year and this is my go to spot for a stay, the hotel’s location is in a pretty good and family friendly area with several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Furthermore, the staff is super friendly, they made sure I was comfortable and could communicate very well in English

Location and parking.
Unprofessional staff. The worst incident was at breakfast, when we (with my family) were told our booking didn’t include breakfast; even the responsible person claimed he had confirmed this with reception, and we have to pay for it separately. Then, we went to the room, rechecked our booking, and fortunately, found proof that it was included. Even when I personally called reception, they initially insisted it wasn't. Only when I said I was coming down with the proof did they suddenly apologize and confirm that breakfast was included. Very disappointing experience.
