All meals were exceptionally well prepared and thoughtfully complemented with a variety of snacks, ensuring that guests were always satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. What I loved most was the personalized service. Each guest is assigned a dedicated staff member for the duration of their stay, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Our assigned team member was accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I was especially impressed that our dietary requirements were fully honored without any issues. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Highly recommended!

While our overall experience was excellent, there were a few areas that could be improved. The biggest disappointment for me was the limited Wi-Fi access. The connection was not available in the rooms, which made it difficult to stay connected and was quite inconvenient during our stay. Additionally, there was no telephone in the room to contact reception directly. Whenever we needed assistance or clarification, we had to use our personal phones or physically make our way to reception. Having an in-room phone would have made communication much easier and more efficient. Despite these challenges, the exceptional service, hospitality, and attention to our needs made our stay enjoyable overall.
