Tucked away on a hill, surrounded by trees and gardens, easily reachable from the road, Podere San Giorgio makes the perfect venue for your retreat, company getaway and training, team building or educational course, event or wedding.
Podere has been skillfully renovated and converted into five charming apartments with an Italian countryside vibe, each with its own fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room designed to facilitate guests interaction.
The rooms are a mix of single and double beds, either with private or shared bathroom. The total occupancy is up to 38 people over 17 rooms.
You’ll also have exclusive access to the outdoor areas, including the panoramic terrace, with a breathtaking view of the valley and the pool, under the refreshing shade of the olive trees.
The recently refurbished chapel has been converted into a flexible space, with 2 big tables, USB plugs, projector and screen.
According to your requirements, we can take care of:
Transfer to/from airport or train station in Pisa and Florence
Full board catering
Organisation of extra activities (delivered by third parties)

THE MAIN VILLA
The beating heart of Podere, il Casale is a 1400’s country house divided into three elegantly refurbished apartments - Olmo, Cerro and Gelso - which also hosts the Reception and Bottega del Podere, Podere’s own shop.
Here you can taste our refined extra-virgin olive oil and our products, a selection of local wines expertly matched with food and wine pairings and a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley.
THE BARN
Once the old barn, this elegant brick building now hosts Leccio and Salcio, two spacious duplex apartments, elegantly renovated with a distinctive tuscan flair, making them the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet corner of the estate in front of an ample garden equipped with a kids playground, both Leccio and Salcio enjoy an adjacent private terrace, with tables, chairs, deckchairs and bbq.
POOL & RELAX AREA
The pool is nestled on a panoramic hill under the refreshing shade of olive trees, the perfect spot for outdoor activities, or just having an aperitivo at sunset.
We have private areas with deck chairs and beach umbrellas, where you can relax with your favourite people.
At Podere San Giorgio, nature meets relaxation: all over the property, you’ll find areas where you can rest on a hammock or enjoy the restoring shade of the trees.
THE CHAPEL - A SMART SPACE
The medieval church, which dates back to 1296 and recently renovated, has been converted into a coworking and meeting space, featuring two big tables thans can accommodate up to 16 people, 10 power and USB plugs, projector and screen.
The Chapel is the ideal location to work remotely, organise meetings and workshops, arrange exhibitions and screenings.
THE PARK
Podere is surrounded by our 20.000 sqm park: you can go for a walk under the olive trees, a morning run immersed in nature or a hike exploring the unique biodiversity of this valley.
Bring a book with you and enjoy some reading time in the quiet of our rest areas, go for a sensory tour in our garden of officinal and medical plants, all the way to our bio vegetable garden.

Excellent swimming pool, lots of space in accommodation inside and outside. kitchen good for self catering etc. easy to get to pisa, lucca, sienna etc. about half hour to railway station on pisa to florence line. you need a car. would recommend, hosts were lovely and really hepful.

I love this villa! Andrea was an absolute joy. He was able to give us tips on where to visit, schedule winery tours and even helped us find a doctor when our child got sick. The villa was perfect. There are gorgeous views of the countryside. We took several day trips, but I wish we could have spent more time at the villa. It was tranquil and gorgeous. The apartment had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We were a group of 10 and it was plenty of room for all of us. I hope someday I can return to Italy and spend more time at this property.

Family holiday of seven; four adults, two teenagers and one under 10.
Plenty to do in this fantastic location, close to all the places you could want to visit in Tuscany, apart from perhaps the beach, but this is a holiday location for people who want to explore the beautiful hill towns and beautiful cities of Pisa, Sienna and Florence.
Accommodation was spacious and clean, kitchen and living room furniture basic but good enough for a two week stay, lovely terrace which we used morning, lunch and supper time looking over the Tuscan hills.
Parking is secure and safe with electronic gates for ease of access.
Pool was absolutely lovely just behind the apartment, shared by the five flats, set in an olive grove over looking the hills, never felt crowded, clean and well kept with lovely sun loungers and parasols for each apartment.
I would recommend this to friends and family, but would give them directions before going as a bit tricky to find the first time.
