Room was clean and spacious. Staff on reception were excellent. Facilities were very nice.
Would have liked a mini fridge in the room. Hot water didn’t really work in the basin. Ran the tap for about 4 mins but it was only luke warm. But just about ok in the shower, though I would have preferred more heat.

Lovely place, I was looking for somewhere near Brighton with a pool, and this was perfect. Great pool and spa facilities and the gym was a bonus for me. The restaurant food was delicious and a great breakfast. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the bedroom was lovely too. Very comfortable.
Nothing, it was all great.

Very relaxing, lovely activities
Staff not very informative, had to keep going back to reception to ask where things were or how to access facilities. Our room connected to another room though a locked door but no soundproofing whatsoever. We could hear their conversations so clearly as if there were no walls.
