Loved the accommodation - peaceful, beautifully decorated, comfortable and a really nice breakfast.
If you choose to eat at the restaurant, it is quite a limited menu and certainly not at the cheaper end of the spectrum, but can’t fault the accomodation

The check in time was late with checkout being early so limited time to enjoy th elo Ely room and the area

Lovely hotel. Nice staff. Food excellent. Good large car park. Beautiful village and views. Room was large and amenities (shampoo/coffee/real milk) were all excellent
Hot water in the shower was a little cooler than we would have liked

We booked the hotel for one night. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent.
There was no hot water. When we reported it in the evening, the reply was that the hotel has no hot water and there was nothing that could be done as it was a bank holiday. We showered in cold water that day. I sent an email to feedback but the only reply received was they were not aware that there was no hot water that day. It seems like the start either never reported it, or they just wanted to shrug off responsibilities. Other than the lack of hot water and irresponsible management, the other aspects are good.
