Nice facility, modern.

Issue with the shower meant we needed to ask to change rooms — leakage.

The shower big and roomy, bed and multiple pillows were super comfy

The price was ridiculous, only thing I didn't like

The location was excellent, with it being close to stores, gas stations, restaurants and the highway.

The bed felt like we were sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows were equally as hard. The room was dirty, with previous guests' handprints all over the windows, dirty grout in the bathroom, both bathroom sinks were broken and the TV was hanging sideways on the wall. Housekeeping staff was hanging off the trash can at the back entrance smoking so we had to wait until they finished smoking before we felt comfortable walking our young child into the building. And the cherry on top was when we let the housekeeper (older, short brown hair with accent) know about the issues in the room, she stated "thats not my job". She should have said "I will let the maintenance team know ". No wonder the place is falling apart.
