This villa is the rearmost of three villas and the view of the bay is partially obstructed. There are several terraces where you can sit and enjoy the view of the hill.
The bedrooms upstairs are fine, although the space around the beds is limited. One plus point is the generous amount of wardrobe space.
Wi-Fi is available at a slow speed of 10 Mbit. Mobile phone signal coverage was also limited within the villa.

Excellent spacious new built villa very close to a quiet pebble beach.
Well functioning air con and very good WiFi.
Set in a quiet location at the outskirts of Petalidi as part of a 3 villa complex while maintaining privacy for each residence with brilliant sea and hilltop/garden views.
Nice area to seat and eat outside and spacious parking next to the property with well kept gardens.
The bath tub felt a bit on the small side despite the bathroom actually being very spacious overall. Please note this is truly self catering accommodation and you will need to take your rubbish bins to the public refuse collection bins nearby.
