We’ve had a few issues during our stay here. Starting off we were overcharged more than the price agreed on. I selected to pay when we arrived, and my card was charged without my consent five different times. When I brought it to the attention of the hosts they had no means of explaining what the extra charge was for and how it was calculated. This made the place feel like a scam and If I knew this would’ve been an issue I would’ve payed with booking.com at the beginning or stayed at a different location. Once we arrived to the location the key wasn’t in the designated lock box and the Wi-Fi provided was incorrect not able to be found. We had to call the host In order to enter the place, I was planned on using the Wi-Fi to use my phone, but since we didn’t want to be stranded outside I had to turn on my data to contact the host. Aside from that, once we were able to enter our rental, the place was in much worse shape than advertised. There were stains on the bedding and walls. Later in the night we learned that you can hear EVERYTHING happening outside in the streets making it impossible to get a good nights rest. The ac unit is also broken sending out the noise of a loud whistle, and the neighbor upstairs rudely barged in demanding to look at the unit and that we need to fix it multiple times. finally the door to the balcony is almost impossible to open restricting us from being able to use it. This entire situation was stressful and upsetting since we were looking forward to having a nice stay and the host wasn’t very helpful to fix any of these issues. If I were you I’d recommend staying ANYWHERE else.

Good and nice place to stay in Tel-Aviv, quiet street and everything is in a 5-minute walk, but very strange host company.

Communicaton. Communicaton. Communicaton. First - check-in and check-out times were attempted to be changed for a 1 hour later/earlier and i had to remind host about timing in booking. The last three days were very nervous for us: i started receive many messages from host about payment, that the payment was not clear ect and requirements to pay again. As you understand - i payed through the Booking.com and the payment was confirmed by Booking.com. But host continued send me links and requirements for payment (5-6 times a day), until i made a complain to Booking.com and host stopped to write me. No real excuse after that from the host, nothing. The apartment is good, but host company is very strange, they even didn't see that they send wrong paying information to me, that i mentioned them about. How can they send a strange links to the third sites to pay again?

Super location. Clean beautiful apartments. Very quiet. We`ll return for sure.
