The apartment was conveniently located a few minutes walk from high street, about 15 minutes from the Waverly station. A very practical place, with three bathrooms and a nice kitchen. Loved the collection of book in the living room :)
A very good value for money. would definitely consider this place again on our next visit to Edinburgh.
The fire doors in every room were a bother - constantly banging. I don't know if this is a requisite, but its quite bothersome.

Great location, well appointed kitchen.
The lifts were not working. On the Bookings listing it mentioned that there was a lift. This was the reason we chose this property as we are physically challenged. Climbing up two flights of stairs with luggage was near impossible.
I feel that the owners must mention this important fact on future listings
