We loved the location. Property Manager was fantastic in addressing our initial concerns regarding the condition of the furniture outside and in the living area. Both were replaced with new.

Problems, critters in the attic, pool heater not working and very early morning construction noise at the house next door. The pool heater was fixed, apparently they couldn’t do much about the construction noise at 7AM and the critter problem was going to take a while to resolve. The management company was able to find another property for us to stay for the remainder of our month stay. The house itself was nice.

Everything was wonderful! Sadly construction on surrounding homes started at 5am instead of 7am and they played loud music all day .. but that’s not the property’s fault! Location was great for restaurants and shopping! Will definitely be back!

SEA SPRAY was well maintained and had everything we needed for play in the pool, time at the beach, and cooking in the house. We all had a wonderful time: two grandparents, our two grown children and two grandchildren.
One aspect of the property management that should be communicated up front is the expectation that guests wash all but two loads of laundry and leave the grill spotless in order to avoid incurring extra charges. Learning about this shortly before departure made the end of the stay stressful as we did multiple loads of towels and sheets.
