The hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly. We got food poisoning from the day before and had to prolong our stay- the staff were so great and let us check in early and treated us so kind.
Rooms are very clean, the wood makes it so homey and cozy. Bathrooms and showers are outstandingly nice.
We especially loved the view from the terrace- directly looking at the amazing mountains.
Everything was great

It was rain day after hike, we stayed in whole time at this place. We had a beautiful view from the window and we really loved it:) The room was very clean. Some gentleman shared story of Albania, we really appreciated that. Thank you so much ☺️

An amazing place in the heart of Valbona! Beautiful surroundings, excellent accommodation and incredibly friendly and helpful owners. The food was also delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Villa Jezerca!

Spacious houses with a comfortable mattress. Lovely view. Good location.
(1) Staff were extremely rude, patronising, and dismissive. Mocking us when we asked for packed lunch (in their offer) or a transfer to Fierze (in their offer).
(2) No WiFi in the rooms, despite being advertised.
(3) They asked to pay for the room in cash - don’t do it, booking.com won’t be able to support you.
(4) BED BUGS.

"Struttura accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Le casine in legno belle e sono il modo migliore per godersi la tranquillità del posto! Proprietari gentilissimi. Colazione ottima, le coccole di pane fritto ..."
