Welcome to Port Charlestown! 4 bedroom 2 bath close to beaches and State Parks
Siamo molto vicini alle spiagge di Charlestown (7 minuti in auto) e 5 parchi statali nella zona! Nuoto, kayak, pesca, paddleboarding, vela, mountain bike, trekking !! Tutte le attività all'aperto tra cui Quoni Pond, Watchaug Pond e l'Oceano Atlantico !! Abbiamo un'intera casa con 4 camere da letto, due bagni e possiamo ospitare 6 persone comodamente !. Cucina completa e completamente arredata con asciugamani, lenzuola, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Internet wireless e TV via cavo Fios in LR e camera matrimoniale. Sono disponibili un letto king size, un letto queen size e due letti singoli. Soggiorno confortevole e sala da pranzo separata con 6 posti a sedere. Sono inclusi anche un grande ponte appena fuori dalla cucina con mobili da giardino e una griglia a gas. Sul retro abbiamo poco più di un acro di terra per aggirarci e guardare la natura, gli alberi, ecc. C'è un grazioso gazebo sulla proprietà con schermi o finestre in vinile che lo rendono adatto a tutte le stagioni, a leggere un libro o semplicemente rilassarsi lontano da casa, se necessario. Siamo vicini a cinque parchi statali con sentieri, piste ciclabili, nuoto e molti altri servizi. Siamo a soli venti minuti di auto da quasi ovunque tu voglia vedere. Guarda Hill, Misquamicut, Westerly e Newport. Anche il traghetto Point Judith per Block Island e Nantucket è molto vicino. Ci sono tonnellate di ottimi ristoranti tra cui scegliere. Siamo un po 'fuori mano, quindi è tranquillo, ma così vicino a tutto ciò che vorresti fare o vedere !! Speriamo di ospitare te e la tua famiglia !! Allora vieni a Port Charlestown e scappa !!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while going for 2 days at the Rhythm & Roots Festival. One night we had a friend stay with us rather than him going home (85 miles) and coming back the next day. House is really close to the venue, about 3 miles from Ninigret Park. We had to contact the owner a couple of times and he responded quickly and easily fixed the tiny problems. The house itself is on a cut through to larger roads, so there is a bit of traffic, especially noisier trucks and motorcycles. The stairs walking up to the second floor are a bit steep and not deep enough, but we figured it out. There are 4 bedrooms, but two of them have twin beds. Great for kids but not adults. Other than this, the property is roomy and the back yard is huge. It was definitely worth it to stay here.

We had a great stay at David's home. It was close to everything and made it very convenient to swing by to change, eat and regroup. David was very communicative and made it easy for us to know what we were supposed to do. The place is great, we even canceled one of our dinner reservations so we could stay in for the night.We'll definitely be back!

Was a great stay! Slightly disappointed we couldn’t use the fire pit. Super easy to use the beach pass and get to the beach. Beach was beautiful. Location was nice and quiet. About 20 mins from Westerly with great restaurants and little shops. Went for nice hike on cloudy day at nearby wildlife refuge. Resource binder was helpful! Specific communication from host was also helpful.

House is on busy road with speeding cars and construction equipment so not suitable for biking or walking. Upstairs shower/bath water (and faucet controls) set to be no hotter than lukewarm. Upstairs bath wall alongside tub had large crack, missing plaster, with what looked like black mold exposed underneath. AC has to be controlled remotely by host, as in-house controls don't work. Second floor does not have AC throughout all rooms. Toaster looked to have rust on top.
