• 190 piedi di accesso al lungomare di Pelee North Bay (dall'altra parte della strada): i cottage condividono un ponte sul lungomare; accesso all'acqua perfetto per nuotare (fondo sabbioso), paddle boarding, kayak; la spiaggia sabbiosa è un bonus durante gli anni con i bassi livelli del lago
• I cottage sono completamente attrezzati (forniamo lenzuola, asciugamani, teli mare, cucine completamente attrezzate, giochi da giardino, attrezzatura da spiaggia)

Property was clean and stocked with necessities.
We were very comfortable there. My children enjoyed the games, puzzles and movies.
It was easy to locate even in the dark. The hosts were responsive and communicated well!

The host was amazing, told us everything we needed to bring, how to get there and info to get in the cottage a couple days before we left. It was very clean and spacious. We had the best time and would definitely recommend to stay here!!

We enjoyed our first visit to Pelee Island. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our cottage was cozy and cute, just perfect for our family.
The wind was strong and did make our hikes to Fish point and the light house challenging. Otherwise it was a lovely weekend getaway. I would a longer stay!

Clean, nice property with large screened porch facing the lake and modern amenities, quiet and peaceful.
Off season proved challenging since many advertised Pelee Island services and events were either unavailable or changed their hours of operation.
Still, highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Barefoot Bungalow! Owners provided all info that we needed to know, and there was plenty of room for us. Cabin could easily accommodate six (there were just three of us). A very clean and happy place - I imagine ideal in summertime especially.
One limitation - water flow is slow, hot water limited. Bring your own drinking water, as the well water has a strong taste to it.

Great cottage. Lots of special touches. Wonderful mattresses. Island water smells like sulfar so bring plenty of drinking water since it sells out fast at the store. Will book again! Great fishing too!

Exactly what a quaint cottage should be. Situated on the lake shore, we enjoyed amazing sunsets and starry nights. The cottage was just what one wants in a quiet island retreat, spacious enough for our party of four adults yet cozy. Loved the screened porch, the deck for outdoor dining and the fire pit.

Exactly what a quaint cottage should be. Situated on the lake shore, we enjoyed amazing sunsets and starry nights. This cottage was just like the rest of Pelee, rustic and very simple. But on Pelee everything is that way. The location on the north shore was excellent and not far from anything. The best spot to visit was The Bakery a short 10 minute walk from the cottage. While the cottage was a bit tired it was comfortable and suited our stay on Pelee Island. If you want to un wind, un attach and have a very quiet and sleepy few days this is the place for you.

This property was perfect for our stay. The location on the North Shore can't be beat. We loved sitting on the deck and watching amazing sunsets every night. If we were not sitting by the water we were in the screened in porch watching the water. We rode bikes and walked every day. Our main focus was to chill out and this location was perfect. Not much traffic or noise. This little island has just enough things to do and just enough amenities. You feel like you are FAR away and truly get the Island experience. I will be coming back and staying at Barefoot Cottage in the future!
