Good location. Couch and main bed need updating, they are old and stained. Everything else was spot on. Good communication. We left early, only stayed 1 night, because of the main bed. Other than that it was good.

It was a family trip with 3 kids; therefore we expect a worry-less place to stay. However, just before we arrived, an email which was supposed to be a warm welcome but with a lot of rules, regulations, warnings and potential fees/charges arrived in my mailbox. You could think of this as the owner wanting to keep the room at a high standard, but when you look inside, it's not. The couch/sofa in the sitting room was dirty. 2 of my kids got allergies from day 2. We must keep reminding them to stay away from the couch for the rest of the period. My husband needs to use the WIFI to do some work because he has a deadline for his project that week. You would never expect the download speed to be less than 1Mbps in this modern age. We have communicated with the owner about this matter a few times, but the problem never gets resolved. We ended up buying a data plan and using a personal hotspot for everyone to share. The property would certainly be better if the above issues did not exist. The location, and the size, are still the attraction for this place. If you ask me whether we would stay there again, sorry, we won't.
