Look right across to the water, the house was clean and tidy very close to everything

The only criticism was that the dryer wasn't spinning.

The location, heated floors and good quality coffee
The shower was very small and the exhaust fan was very noisy.

The location
Maintenance was poor, fire alarm in the main bedroom had been removed with a date of 2020 for renewal, 2 out of 3 lamps in the kitchen area had been removed & not replaced, the bbq gas cylinder was left virtually empty which meant it ran out & we couldn’t bbq on night 2 despite them being informed early morning & couldn’t replace in time for us - very disappointing. (Our next booking had left a spare gas cylinder for the bbq should we run out). In short, fantastic location, poorly maintained & overall tired. Removal of the smoke alarm was just dangerous.
