Great 2 bdrm family condo on the beach
Sandpiper è un complesso a tre piani a bassa densità. Il suo unico edificio a forma di V e la passerella comune condivisa di fronte a ogni condominio si presta ad un amichevole per conoscere l'atmosfera del tuo vicino. Riunioni familiari, grandi gruppi di persone che viaggiano insieme e le singole famiglie scelgono spesso questa proprietà. Il cortile tropicale, la piscina e le aree grigliate conferiscono a Sandpiper un ambiente tutto suo. È una proprietà altamente richiesta e ha il maggior numero di ospiti abituali.

Great beachfront property! The unit is fantastic plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. We really loved the small complex, and the walk to the beach is literally less than 50 yards, so convenient! We will definitely be back!

Very much fun. Did not get to do all the things we wanted to do but be back next year. Due to water leak in ceiling we had to move to another condo but it was so much nicer it was worth the bother! 11c would have gotten 5 stars. 1A was not as clean we had to wash sheets they had not been changed from last guest. Overall 1A needs some TLC !Management was excellent !

We love Sandpiper and Gulf Shores; this was our 3rd year visiting. We stay for a week each time and love the location. The condo is right on the beach and within walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, this year we had an issue with roaches, and it was not as clean as the last time we stayed. We saw 1 roach in our room during our stay (but we were basically only in the room to sleep/shower, and out exploring throughout the day). My parents were 2 doors down (14C), and they killed a roach in their room as well. Despite the roach encounters, when properly cleaned, the condos and the location are beautifully stunning. I hope they address the issue at hand, and I look forward to future reviews that do not mention similar encounters of the same issue.
