The location was idea.
Someone was smoking weed somewhere, so the owner beat on our door at 12:30 at night to ask us about it. There were bugs. The bathroom door had obviously been kicked in. The tub was peeling from where someone had painted it. The toilet was miniature.

Suppose to be 24 hr service. Lobby locked middle of day and could not teach anyone by phone
Voicemail. Dirty Lobby and property.

They let us check in a few minutes early
The water would go from hot to cold. The tv wasn't working in one of the rooms and there was no microwave. The sheets had some dirt and hair on them

Bed broke, very dirty floors, not enough towels, no one at the office.

The price was good. The location was good, on the strip but not in the chaos. It was clean and u could tell they have been making updates. The front desk lady was super nice!
Small room, bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way, mattresses were well used, and the tv wouldn't connect to satellite.

was dirty, and cops where at neighbors door every night we stayed.

Price
Couldn't find staff on 3 different occasions. Bed really hurt my back and shower was really bad. Probably won't be back

The staff was really nice. The property was newly renovated and rooms were really nice and comfortable. They were short on staff due to recently opening but at check-in they let us know to call the property or go to the office next door for any help. We will definitely stay here
again.

The staff was friendly & the price was good thru Booking.com
The 1st room we stayed in had to spout on tub so water came straight out of pipe, which meant NO shower. The 2nd night the DirecTV in the new room wasn't working. They call the company & it started working for a couple of hours then it started screwing up again
