It was a good stay the condo was great. But the neighbors were not some was loud and you could smell pot coming from one of the condo and someone played radio all day. We just not happy with some of the neighbors!! Never had this at the condos.

We met our son, daughter in law, and 3 grandsons for an end of summer get together. The property was perfect. The 3 boys, ages 7 through 11, played all morning in the pool and on the beach. In the afternoon there are many close attractions to enjoy. At the end of the day we all went out for a family dinner. The Caribbean is the perfect location for families, right on the beach and close to everything.

My Twin Sister & I stayed in this wonderful condo. It was so convenient!! Parking was very close to elevators. Clean condo, bed is very comfortable and we loved having the screen door to balcony so we could hear the ocean! We enjoyed the indoor pool very much! This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we will definitely be back to book this very same condo again!!! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Book this. You will not be disappointed!!!

First time staying in a condo. I usually prefer beach houses but booked this last minute. Clean and decorated very cute. The patio has a great view of the ocean. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Very easy access to the beach. However it was super crowded given the holiday weekend. Bender Realty was very easy and nice to book with, they made the check in process super easy. Would stay again if I go the condo route.

Electrical plugs need changing ,anything you plug into them just fall out other than that a great place to stay. Need more umbrellas and chairs on beach for this condo 5 are not enough but y’all might not have any control over that. Again our stay was great.

Caribbean 502 was clean but sooooo tiny. No kitchen drawers because kitchen was too small, really. I could barely turn around in bathrooms. Bed was good, pool and access to beach were great. Dealbreaker was balcony didn't allow sunrise to be photographed, 1st time that happened in GS for me.

We enjoyed mostly sunny days on the beach; the accommodations were good, easy in at restaurants. As always a great stay in Gulf Shores.A couple of things to note in staying at the Caribbean. 1- a LOT of folks had their pets. If you are not a dog person, stay elsewhere. 2- we discovered that a portion of the beach in front of the Caribbean has an ordinance that you cannot have canopies. It would have been nice to know that prior to setting ours up. So we had to schlep it down two buildings to use it. While the condo where we stayed was nice, we likely wouldn't stay here again due to the above.

It was an amazing experience! We stayed in the same exact room for our honeymoon 10 years ago and got to experience it this time with our Kids. We all had a blast and it is in an amazing location. The set up has everything you need to cook some good meals for your family!!!!

Overall enjoyed our stay, all kitchen supplies we could use were available, additional TP would have been useful and trash bags. Location was perfect, not overpopulated beach. we had issues with our code when we arrived but it was addressed right away and immediately. Pets were not allowed in our condo, but they were allowed in other parts of the complex, overall not a bother, just weren't expecting. Cleanliness wasn't too bad, but details could have been cleaner, lots of hair on bedding and towels. Dust on baseboards. Overall good experience and location and we would go back.

Property was great. Exactly as described. The check in was very simple and we had no issues with the unit. The only thing that bothered us was that this property had animals (not the condo) and there was a dog barking non-stop day and evening above or below us.

Family vacation
A nice little condo right on the beach. Quiet property, even when fully booked. My kids loved the bunk beds and swimming pool. Plenty of space for a family of four. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo is well decorated and looks just like the pictures. We were very satisfied with our stay here, and I'm sure you will too.

From the moment I talked to Jenny on the phone for our reservation it was so easy and all I would have to do when I called and made payments all I had to was say my name and she knew who I was, made it very personal like we were already friends. A couple things I might note is, the elevator seemed a little more slow than we were used too, another was that the lock on the outside was very secure but on the inside I felt like it needed some kind of chain or lock from the inside too cause my 2 year old could just open the door if we weren’t watching him. I feel like this should be on all the doors. The location was perfect, very close to everything you needed and walking right out the bottom of the condo to the beach was so nice ! Tacky Jacks is such a fun experience to eat at and also LuLu’s was so yummy. Only ok meal was the Cactus Cantina in Orange Beach, food was just ok. Loved seeing all the shops and seeing all the families having fun with each other, can’t wait to stay here again. Very highly recommended

The condo when we arrived had a dining room chair broke. Also the balcony floor was sticky, apparently someone spilled something and never cleaned up. I contacted the office and the following day the guy showed up. He was pleasant and I showed him the two outside chairs which appeared unstable. I also mentioned the bathtub which drained so very slowly. He fixed everything and took the two chairs and said that he would have management get in contact with the owner to get replacements. This was Monday. Wednesday, I contacted the office to find out the outcome on getting the 2 chairs. The office said they did not know anything about it and said they would re-contact me. They NEVER did. We wanted to have meals outside however we could not. The indoor pool was closed the entire time and re-opened the day before we were to leave and you needed a key which our condo had a code. It was nice to have a TV in the bedroom and the hallway bathroom worked well also. We went deep sea fishing, met a lot of great people and the seafood was great. We especially liked the outdoor BBQ area.

We always enjoy returning to Caribbean and enjoy the home-away-from-home feeling of 502 when we can book it. Now that we've stayed two times in 502, the owners may want to audit the cleaning crew for their unit. Soap from previous tenants remained in the shower, toilets were not thoroughly cleaned (though the wrapper was on the lid), empty soda bottles and wrappers were beside furniture and the master linens had a stain to name a few surprises. Also, pillows are really yellowed and the leather chair's right arm has been broken on both our visits.

We were there the first week in Oct 2016 and had a good time. The condo is nice and in a great location. We chose the Caribbean because we had seen a VRBO ad that said it had a salt water pool which we needed because our grandson is allergic to chlorine but alas the pools are not salt water, my bad for not checking further. In general room 502 was great but Bender apparently turned the pillow top mattress upside down to get the cheap fitted sheets to work so the bed was not at all comfortable and the cheap sheets kept coming loose. Wont return to that condo.

Everything was fine until I was loading my things in my car for the trip home. Someone or something deactivated my door code 20 minutes early and I had to call the office and wait for someone to come and let me back in to get the rest of my things. This problem needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
