Amazing views, lovely apartment. Looks old from the outside but when you get in the apartment you will be amazed.

The exterior entrance looked terrible, I thought we were in a homeless shelter until we got inside

It was awesome, many little perks to it and was very enjoyable, couldn’t hear any neighbours or anything
only downfall was no sanitary bin in bathrooms

lots of things didn’t work properly from the clock to the fan in the second bedroom to the laundry machine

So relaxing and peaceful and yet a 2 minute walk to anywhere.

Was very clean, and had everything that was needed. View was spectacular.
On arrival, our lock up garage was opened an unusable. Was not informed of this when we booked. Resident told us it had been like that for weeks. Inside unit was a letter addressed to me advising about the garage and was told to park in the visitors carpark which was in the open, and only 4 or 5 parks which were full most of the time. When I rang Cathy she was very matter of factish about it, and wouldn't listen (over talked me all the time.) Informing me they couldn't get anyone to fix for 6 weeks. I asked for some reimbursement
and was offered $56.the amount was made up of $8 day parking in a non lockup spare block of land up the road. We received $51.40 guessing they took GST out of it. My main disappointment was not being told about this when we booked and left with a note.

Very nicely located right on top of the river, and yet barely 3 minutes walk to a funky precinct. Balcony and jetty were both nice spaces to enjoy the river.
Midges at dusk, watch out for them, bring long clothes or repellent. Also be sure to close the windows at night to keep insects out. It could use a shade curtain over the main balcony door as in the kitchen window. The kitchen had the essentials but could use more, like a salad bowl, coffee plunger etc etc...

The location is fantastic - right on the river. Having meals on the patio with the river view is amazing, and you just have to walk down to access the pontoon and start fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding... Plus restaurants and shops nearby !

Quite clean and smelt clean and fresh too, especially with covid etc. Welcome new years gift was a nice suprise. Contactless comunication and key lock box wad great. 2nd bathroom with toilet was very handy, such a good layout. Liked the mirrors on balcony and lounge wall. Liked i could mor my boat out front if I'd brought it with us. Was nice the management contacted me quickly to see if we gain entry ok, that was lovely. Great view of the river system.
Was no aircond to 2nd bedroom. Was a little bit expensive. Roof top balcony above run off from rain made the out door table un useable and balcony difficult to use, especially when it rained.

Love the location and the views, perfect size apartment and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend

Dark, shabby entrance.
No privacy from bedroom to ensuite.
