This is not a share, so you could enjoy the house without roomates. The house is centrally located in a pedestrian area with easy access and free parking in the nearby. Measuring about 80 square - foot (about 80 square metres), this spacious four room house has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and other two rooms with a single sized bed and a double couch bed. The country house has a romantic fireplace, stone ceiling and a balcony with a terrific panoramic view of the mountains. It is tastefully furnished with original materials and has a fully - equipped kitchen for cooking and eating home, including a stove, oven and refrigerator. The bathroom is newly renovated with shower and the house has a flat screen TV. Within a short drive (5 min.) by car you could reach facilities for skiing and tennis courts are available at a walking distance. Plenty of hiking, mountain biking and swimming in the vicinity. In the summer there is no need of air conditioning since the house stays cool. Deposit of 1 night stay is required to book, payment must be received in full 48 hours before stay.
