Our second visit to the Swan at Topcliffe was very enjoyable. The proprietors and staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well kept and comfortable. The breakfasts are a real treat with an ample ange of cereals , toast etc and excellent cooked options. Great evening menu with well kept beers. Love the place, great value for money and great ambience. Intend to make further visits.
I have absolutely no negative opinions

Very comfortable room. Super warm duvet. Good choices of food for dinner and breakfast. Generous helpings.
I would recommend The Swan to anybody.
Perhaps a 2nd chair in the bedroom.
