This was our third time staying in this home. We’ve been coming to the Vineyard for many years, and this is the only house that we’ve come back to multiple times. It comfortably fit two families of four, and the fenced in backyard was private and delightful. The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. But the best part was definitely the location—a 5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants in Edgartown (especially helpful since parking in town is a huge pain), a short drive to South Beach or State Beach, but located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

House was great!! It was incredibly convenient to walk to town. The owner was great to work with. He checked in with us throughout the week.

We had a fantastic stay! The location can’t be beat with the beach and town just a 5 minute walk away. The home was very cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We also loved the backyard where we enjoyed our morning coffee. It was so nice we could bring our dog too who loved the fenced in yard. Howard was very helpful and communicative. We would love to return!

We just returned from a 3-night stay at this property. We loved the convenient location right in Edgartown (among the other lovely homes), the charm of the old home and the beautiful fenced-in, private yard. We also loved that we could have our little dog with us. Howard was excellent with communication throughout the process. We would definitely return.
