Beautiful location with easy access to the centre of Funchal by bus or car. Very spacious villa, ideal for a family vacation.

Because of the unseasonal high temperatures fans in the bedrooms would have made sleeping more comfortable. A parasol for the top balcony would also have been a bonus.

A comfortable property with a choice of bedrooms and bathrooms and huge kitchen which were all very clean. The location was close to a bus route enabling easy travel into Funchal or up to Monte for the garden and cable car. There was more than adequate parking space for one car. Tiago gave us lots of advice and suggestions.

Good value for money. Very spacious villa, well equipped, views are spectacular, quiet, only some barking dogs in the morning :) Far away from the center of the city and any supermarket, but as we used to have rented cars during all the stay there were no issue to "climb" into a mountain. Tiago is very helpful, friendly and hospitable host.

The house is suffering from a damp problem, we think. And it means there's unwanted moisture.

up in the mountains if your driving then the town centre everything you need is abit out of the way

I have met plenty of hosts in my life but Tiago was probably best of them. He cared so much, so that our stay was perfect. The view was amazing, the beds are great and the kitchen was very well equiped.

The weather was quite cold and the house was a bit cold inside. We had a small radiator but it would be nice to have more heating options.

The villa is great located and amazing to host a group of friends that want to explore the island. It has everything you need and is comfortable. The view from the rooftop is amazing.

The equipment in the kitchen could be a little better (dishwasher) a bit more cutlery, etc.

The villa was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. Handover of keys was carried out in a safe manner so no contact was required. The biggest bonusxwas our wonderful host Sylvia. A wealth of local knowledge, extremely polite and helpful making our stay amazing. Sylvia provided information on Madeira which allowed us to plan our holiday prior to arrival and her outstanding service and support continued through our stay. Thank you Sylvia.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

It was one of the most beautiful, clean and well equipped accomodation we’ve visited. The kitchen was big and there was everything you need. The mattrasses were very comfortable. We got nice gifts! Before we arrived, we recieved many important information about Madeira from the owner.

The water pressure was weak upstairs in the bathrooms and it’d be nice if there was a chair in the bedrooms to put the clothes.
