I liked the staff courtesy and how they attended to any query I had.
I liked the room as well because it was spacious with good AC and fan.
I didn't like the fact that sometime the wifi could go off in my room while it is working well in the lobby.

The breakfast had fewer choices and continental options. The food comes from outside caterers with moderate quality and taste.
The hotel has good, well-behaved staff, but they are inadequately trained to handle check-in, check-out, and other logistical issues. Adequate training will really improve the hotel.

Room is small. No good AC. Basic amenities like paste brush was not provided without asking. Daily they suppose to give mineral water. But that they didnt give without asking.
