La ubicación
Aunque era un apartamento que elegimos para dormir únicamente, no tenían almohadas y se usaron cojines. Algunas zonas con humedad.

Well located for walking to everything. Large and sunny space with kitchen bathroom living area eating area and sleeping area. Even had a little clothes washing machine. Quiet. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
We were able to manage it but I think it's really important to know that you must walk up five flights of stairs and the entrance areas are quite run down.

Great location for us because our main destination is the National Music School Liubomir Pipkov. It may not apply if yours is the city center.
Internet connection is good.
Lidl and restaurants are in walking distance.
Price is competitive, but with this prize one cannot expect a luxus condition.
(1) The stove doesn't work at all, cooking is not possible.
(2) It seems that water would get through the ceiling in case of rain. In the small room, there was even water on the floor. We just closed the sliding door and didn't use that room.
(3) There were some noise during the night (not so bad, not continuously), and in an evening we could hear some neighbor talking out loud on her phone.
(4) The wardrobe next to the main bed was not fixed to the wall. This is VERY DANGEROUS when children try to get a blanket out of it. PLEASE FIX THIS to avoid any accident.
