Beautiful Room!! Friendly housekeepers!

Stayed 6 nights.Property was a nice space for 4 adults.Decorated with beach theme and quality amenities .A/C will run you out !The hot water was iffy for showers(sometimes you got a hot shower, sometimes you didn't )The beds where all comfortable (did not use pullout)The door latch operates way to quickly and you can barely get 2 people thru without deadbolt deploying(Hence the ditch dug into door frame)The timing needs to be extended for sure on this issue.Must go thru 3 gates to get to the outside of property which is a pain for sure when hands are full with beach gear and the like.I don't understand why that much security is needed for property.Location could not be better for beach access.Like stated above property is very nice and suited well for 4 overall and was satisfied with space. If Tv was taken off dresser in living room and mounted on wall it would free up even more room to enjoy.Beach chair and umbrellas where a lifesaver at the beach.Parking was fine(did see a van get towed from spot with a quickness)Clearwater beach itself defeinatly is a money maker for police and fire because they have a huge precedent there.Cant go anywhere without road being blocked for some issue or another !

Beautifully renovated condo … perfect location. Able to walk to everything. Close to the beach. Clean & comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Would stay here again.

First off, the location was GREAT. The beach is so close, as are plenty of shops and restaurants. We barely moved our rental car after driving over from the airport. The courtyard was wonderful for multiple reasons--(1) seclusion and privacy while being in the sun in comfy chair, and (2) a HEATED pool that my kids loved. Downsides -- our toilet would not flush upon our arrival, which with 2 adults and 3 kids made life "interesting" for the first day. We arrived on Saturday night when we got in late. I called and texted first thing the following morning and didn't get a prompt response. After my second call, Belloise said they were "working on seeing if we can get a plumber over there." I get it; Sunday is on the weekend . . . but that is exactly when you should expect to have your unit occupied. Mid-morning on Sunday they gave us access to the neighboring unit that thankfully happened to be vacant. Not ideal, and it didn't make up for the unflushed toilet in our own unit's bathroom. Never offered a refund. I also didn't appreciate how push Belloise was overall. At the time of reservation, they were very clear that NO refunds would be offered. So I paid extra for trip insurance one month out. Then, once I was already locked in and over a barrel, they sprung their "Terms & Conditions" on me. As a lawyer, I know much of their contract of adhesion wouldn't be enforceable anyways . . . but making me agree that I would indemnify Belloise for anything that went wrong during the visit (including their own negligence??!!) -- come on. Also, they required me to upload a copy of my driver's license before they would send me the door code to get in, despite the fact that (A) their privacy policy was completely inaccessible on their website, and (B) they still haven't responded to my multiple emails asking for a copy of that policy and for assurance that my PII was being securely held and would be permanently deleted after my stay. In this age of identity theft, you can't be too careful, but Belloise was completely non-responsive to my concerns. I'm not going to let this drop, but wanted to leave the words of warning here. Cleanliness of the unit when we arrived was fine, but not great (it's the beach and there's sand -- I get it). A rug or mat at the front door would have been nice to help us wipe our own feet. I felt like I couldn't walk through the unit except with socks. Check-in/out was fine.
