A big house with a LOT of bed, i don't know how much peoples can sleep in this house but this is insane for an accomodation with just 15mik walk of Ikkebukuro. You have acces to everything at 5min of walk (you have an other station if you don't walk to Ikkebukuro).
The equipement is good and the double shower + toilet is gold
All good but please change the keybox 😂 or put more key, you can put at least more than 7 persons in the house but one key 😭🙏

Regarding cleanliness, I found clothes left behind by previous guests under the bed, and the dust hadn't even been cleaned. The windows were all in poor condition, the mosquito nets didn't work, and the patio looked like a jungle—it hadn't been maintained. The twin room smelled of dampness, and the mattress had broken springs. The living room sofa was also in bad shape, with broken springs.
