The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived at midday to drop my bags off and was allowed to check in early. The location was great and the room was comfortable.

The toilet seat in the girls room could use replacing!

Staff is responsive and welcoming. Shower, toilet, and Rooms are clean and you're given a locker (some don't work though).

There is no heat and it was quite cold in the room (1℃ at night in Pompeii). No proper duvet, just a normal cover and sheet. Need to contact for check in, limited front desk hours.

it was extremely cold to the point I had to sleep in my clothes and a jacket. some of the beds had dirty blankets. I was the only person staying in the hostel. there was no restaurant like it said in description. there was no one around at reception. when there was someone, they were there for a very short time in the morning and would talk extremely loud on the phone waking me up both mornings I stayed there. he was also smoking in the hostel which made it stink very bad. no toilet seats on the toilets. close to the road, walls we thin making it very loud due to vehicles passing. maybe it’s better in the summer but avoid at all costs in the winter months!

I guess it was expensive for the quality of the place.

amazing location just fee mins walk from the train station, but very good price, good stay to see Positano and Sorrento.

Unfortunately the female room is in the basement and I could smell it a bit, it’s close to the main road and there is no day light.

It is a great hostel and good deal for the price. Unfortunately the people i stayed with werent clean but that has nothing to do with the hostel.

Cheap Stop is the name, cheap stop is the game. There was a microwave, kettle and fridge and a hairdryer, which was good for the price
