Beautiful apartment 4BR & 4BA in the emblematic Condesa neighborhood
Bellissimo e recentemente ristrutturato appartamento di 840 piedi quadrati nell'emblematico quartiere di Condesa. Ottimo per gruppi e famiglie, l'edificio ha sicurezza 24 ore su 24 e portiere. Ottima posizione, in una zona alla moda e alla moda di Città del Messico. Vicino a parchi, ristoranti alla moda, bar, caffetterie, panetterie iconiche Lardo e Maque, boutique, negozi funky e attività culturali punteggiano l'area. Situato a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana e dal parco di Chapultepec, si possono trovare gallerie e musei. C'è un mercato aperto una volta alla settimana, il supermercato è dietro l'angolo e un ristorante con cibo fatto in casa accanto.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment in the beautiful and fun neighborhood of Condesa. Extraordinarily roomy with great central areas. The neighbourhood is wonderful with a grocery store, coffee shop, and Michelin rated restaurant all within a block.

This was a fabulous apartment for our family of 6. Spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood was beautiful and there was a great little cafe right outside the front door. Host was communicative and helpful.

There's a great coffee shop on the ground floor and a Walmart super market around the corner. Great location.

Overall, this is a very good rental for groups. The common entertainment area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice and large. The bedrooms were all good except for one that was a bit smaller and connected to the outdoor laundry room. Bathrooms all modern and good sized. One shower needs some attention as the flow was all pins and needles and not pleasant. Ample hot water for everyone’s bathing. Location was good, although it should be noted that it’s next to the Walmart and somewhat noisy in the warehouse area. A few things need attention- two picture frames fell off the wall in the middle of the night in one of the bedrooms. It was obvious that this was not the first time at least one of them had fallen (frame and glass was taped up). In the same room, our guests were temporarily locked in their room because the door handle/lock system was loose. Fortunately, we were able to work on the door handle to get it unlocked. The dining chairs are in need of some new padding/upholstery- you have to sit in a hole in some of them. The lighting is very poor in the living and dining rooms for reading or playing games. Lamps would help for sure. There are lots of windows, but you won’t want to open any of them other than the front terrace door because of the unsightly views out of every one of them. Some small updates/repairs could take care of all of these issues.
