La nostra residenza cittadina con tre camere da letto, tre bagni e mezzo è di nuova costruzione e decorata professionalmente. Questa unità finale si affaccia su una piscina comunitaria e si ha una sbirciatina dell'oceano dai ponti Master en suite di secondo e terzo livello. Cucina completamente attrezzata incluso Mr. Caffè, tostapane, frullatore ninja e altro tra cui una griglia a carbone per cucinare nel patio. Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola, compresi gli asciugamani per la piscina. Televisori nelle due master en suite e uno nel soggiorno aperto; tutto con Apple TV. Ogni master en suite ha un mazzo privato per il tuo divertimento. L'accesso alla spiaggia è proprio dall'altra parte della strada con un passaggio pedonale. Numerosi ristoranti si trovano nelle vicinanze. Questa è una nuova comunità e la costruzione è in corso, ma non direttamente adiacente a questa unità Alcune delle unità direttamente tra la nostra unità e la spiaggia sono complete e la costruzione si sta allontanando dalla nostra unità. Alla fine della giornata, questa unità è nuova e ben attrezzata come casa all'arrivo.

2nd time renting here and likely not the last! 2-3 min walk to beach access directly across the street with walkway for crossing. Has everything we need inside the home for a great week. Beach cart wa a high plus! We love the pool and spent much time there mingling with other vacationers. Even hooked back up with some visitors from our other stays. Nice and quite with numerous restaurants close by if u choose to eat out. Food lion 5 mins away and Publix about 2ins at Emerald Isle. Thanks for hosting us!

Relaxing, beautiful, clean home. We loved how convenient the the home was to the pool and beach access. We appreciated that paper products and basic supplies were already there so we could check in before running to the grocery. The bedrooms were comfortable and space was great for family members to spread out. We have stayed in this complex several times and loved this unit best!!!

This home is beautiful, and the location is perfect! Very convenient to the community pool and the beach access. This was our first visit to Atlantic Beach, and we loved this little oceanside town. We’ll definitely visit again in the future and will look for this rental when we do. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

The condo was perfect! So clean and perfect for our needs with teenagers. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made everyone happy. The walk to the beach was easy and just a few steps away. The pool right out the back door was so nice and convenient. Communication with the owner and his willingness to make sure everything was perfect for our stay was top notch. We were all so happy with our stay and hope to return again!

The property was just was described but even prettier in person. The location was great, easy access tot the pool. House was clean and decorated, almost felt like home. We will definitely keep this in mind for future bookings.

Weather was a bit uncooperative but we had no complaints about the property. Was very nice, clean and we felt right at home. Bedrooms are fantastic, our daughter wanted to bring her room home with us! Will definitely be back when our travels bring us back to NC.

From the periwinkle blue town home to the aqua blue seashore, this vacation spot is great!
The house was tastefully decorated while guests’ needs were thoughtfully considered. Poolside views and quick beach access were a bonus!

We will echo some of the previous comments about this property. One of the first things you'll notice is how clean and immaculate the place is. It is well stocked compared to other houses we've rented at the beach in the past. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you have kids, it's worth nothing it's a safe walk even with the crosswalk. The easy access to the pool is also fantastic. There are so many small thoughtful things about the house. We had no issues booking this place for a weekend at the last minute with barely a days' notice. The owners were fantastic to deal with. We definitely plan to stay here again for years to come.

One of our best family vacations! House was very clean and exceptionally stocked - location was amazing! Loved that the pool was literally out the back door and the beach was across the street. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with my parents and our 2 small children. The beach was an easy walk across the street and the pool was directly behind the unit which was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped, the house itself extremely clean, and we had everything we could need. The property manager was easy to get in touch with. No complaints.

Perfect Vacation
This condo had it all! Perfect location and Everything we needed plus more! Clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with all the beach essentials and best location (can see the pool from the kitchen and a short walk to the beach). The owners were extremely responsive and super friendly. Will rent from them again.

Great location and amenities
Check in was super easy! The property was well furnished, only steps from the pool entrance and just across from the beach access. If you need more than one towel & washcloth per person, be sure to bring additional. Our family would definitely stay here again!

We were lucky enough to be able to book here for NYE. In the midst of COVID, it was a welcome refuge. My son even asked, can we stay here forever? The amenities and cleanliness of this property cannot be emphasized enough. We were able to cook and relax as if we were at home. It was a short walk to the beach, and we made several trips to Beaufort as well. We would definitely like to stay here again!
