Tutto è nuovo di zecca in questo bellissimo cottage. Casa è stata completamente rinnovata, cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Due nuovissimi bagni completi e aria centrale. Il primo piano ha un soggiorno con 48 "smart tv, suono surround, tavolo della fattoria con 6 posti a sedere, cucina e bagno completo. Il secondo piano ha 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, una con tv e un bagno completo. Cammina verso la spiaggia, il parco e la Main Street per fare shopping e mangiare. A 10 minuti a piedi oltre il ponte e sei in Asbury Park. Il meglio dei due mondi! Quattro borse da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio e buggy da spiaggia inclusi con il noleggio.

What a wonderful property. This house was a delight and provided a much needed refuge. It was totally refurbished, well appointed and decorated with great beach reads on the shelf. We loved the short walk to the beach and, of course, the fantastic front porch. Thank you Kathy, you were so easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is clean, bright, comfortable and newly renovated. Design details convey that "beachy" feel. We had everything we needed and more. It was a great stay!

We have rented in OG before, having family that lives in town. We chose to rent again in this particular area because Clark Avenue provides ample parking. However, neighbors can still be quite possessive about their parking spaces, which was our experience this time.

We loved everything about this house! The size was perfect for two couples (no kids), it is modern and beautifully decorated, the beds were VERY comfortable (which has become increasingly more important!) and street parking was easy. We had all the necessary kitchen amenities to cook including a gas grill. While we had to supply our own sheets and baht towels, hand towels and kitchen towels were supplied. The house is a 10-minute walk to the beach and has a beautiful porch where we spent a significant amount of time especially during the few rainy days we had. Kathy was incredibly gracious and flexible with check-in/out times so we were really able to maximize our time on vacation. I highly recommend this beautiful property and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a perfect spot to spend a week. The house is beautiful, very clean and short 10 minutes walk to beach. Loved Ocean Grove - so peaceful and yet a walk or quick Uber to Asbury Park. Kathy was extremely responsive and helpful! My husband and I cannot wait to return!

The has been beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. It’s a small house but packs in a lot of very nice amenities. Kathy is lovely and extremely accommodating. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat😊

House was very clean, newly renovated with new appliances. Very comfortable. Owner was very nice with great communication. Would definitely come back.

Kathy was very sweet and helpful from initial request to book until we left. The house was lovely and updated perfectly. For us it was also the perfect location because it was close to the beach and asbury but still in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time there and will certainly look to rent this property again in the future.
