OCEANFRONT - Litchfield By the Sea Condo - Steps to the beach!
Spazioso, raro condominio su due livelli che consente il tempo della famiglia, ma abbastanza tempo durante qualsiasi vacanza. La spiaggia è a 100 passi. Questo condominio ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano dall'intera zona giorno / balcone privato all'ultimo piano e dalla camera da letto principale al piano inferiore / balcone privato. Le 3 camere da letto sono situate al piano inferiore che includono bagni privati e docce in ognuna. Tutti i comfort sono in cucina, inclusa una lavatrice / asciugatrice.
Come nostri ospiti in questa comunità di resort privati avrai accesso a più piscine, 7 campi da tennis, percorsi pedonali / ciclabili, spa / palestra, Starbucks e Websters Restaurant per il divertimento di tutti i membri della famiglia. Ottima posizione per negozi di alimentari, outlet e scelta di molti ristoranti eccellenti.

Our family of 4 had plenty of room and it felt like home! Erica was great about communicating with me and we loved all of the amminities and how close it is to the beach! Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our needs. The place was very clean, spacious, and had a great view. Beds were comfortable as well. 3BR/3.5BA on 2 floors. Living room/kitchen on the main floor, which is actually the 4th floor, so has a great view. Bedrooms are downstairs... and all are pretty large. The master is huge and has an oceanview with balcony. Loved that it has an ice maker in the wet bar. The TV was enormous and worked out great for a rainy day to watch golf, and movies at night. The TVs in each bedroom were all decent sized and smart TVs.
Just to set expectations for those that might be looking for a newer, more modern feel.... the cabinets, sinks, doorknobs, appliances, etc.are all very dated and look to be original from the late 80s. While they might be old, everything is very clean, functions perfectly well, and doesn't look dingy, etc. The paint on the walls looks fresh and new, and the condo looks great overall and is very comfortable.
We'll certainly stay here again the next time we come back to LBTS.

A group of us have stayed in various condos on the Litchfield By the Sea property numerous times and enjoy it more each time.

This condo is GREAT, easy to beach, beautiful property--quiet and convenient to lots of things . Terry was great to communicate with ,always got back to me fast. We enjoyed our stay even though it was a super hot while we were there. Hope to stay there again in the future.
