La nostra casa nella Foresta Nera - che è arredata in modo molto personale, poiché la usiamo anche noi stessi - è vicina a prati e boschi. Nel grande giardino soleggiato, sedie a sdraio e grill sono in attesa di essere utilizzati. La casa è principalmente dotata di pavimenti in legno e stufa in maiolica, in modo da poterti sentire a tuo agio la sera o in inverno. I sentieri escursionistici sono proprio accanto alla casa, in inverno c'è una pista da sci di fondo e una pista per slittini dopo 5 minuti in auto. Un bagno termale e la piscina dal design accattivante si trovano a 2 km di distanza, così come la graziosa cittadina di Bad Herrenalb. Città attraenti come Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe o Strasburgo sono raggiungibili rapidamente e anche il Parco Nazionale della Foresta Nera non è lontano. Se si desidera utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, è possibile utilizzare la carta cono gratuita.
Se vuoi fare benessere, troverai vari splendidi bagni termali nella zona. Nell'hotel due case ulteriormente è possibile utilizzare una sauna.

I found this to be a very cosy and spacious house with a beautiful garden.
The area was peaceful which was highly appreciated.
My kids loved rolling down the 'hill' in the garden. We hail from flat country ;-)
I definitely recommend this place.

Our family vacation included 2 children and 5 adults. We enjoyed our stay very much. The garden was great for the children to play in, and all of us gathered around the large table on the patio for meals. Great opportunities to hike as well as parks in the town make this an excellent destination for all ages. Highly recommended!

Although we really liked the house, the upstairs bathroom shower was not usable even though we had rented the place 3 months in advance. The grouting of the shower looked like a 2 hour job...so a bit disappointing for 5 people sharing one shower.
Also in the yard where the grill was, there was a lot of stuff that looked like it could have been thrown away..esp.if you wanted to grill.
The stove only had 2 burners..also fixable. They did have hot plate if needed.
The owner ,Gabi, also has a lot of personable clothes and toiletries that could have been easily packed up and stored elsewhere..her underwear and shirt hanging in the bathroom seemed out of place.
Here Schmidt , the manager, was very helpful and pleasant..
