Large and quiet appartment, very conveniently located, bus stop and beach just around the corner and about 8 min walk to the supermarket. Lots of restaurants close by as well. Our host/contact person Martina was always available via WhatsApp.

There is only 1 airconditioning system in the living room and the bedroom is at the other end of the appartment, so the coolness never gets there (in fact that was the warmest room!), you had to open the windows early in the morning to get at least some cool air inside. A second small air con in the bedroom you could switch on just for 30 minutes before you go to bed would really help a lot! The shower cubicle should be renewed as well, it´s not so beautiful anymore... But what really needs to be improved is the WLAN, this is unfortunately not working at all. You can connect but with a weak signal and after 20 seconds connection is lost. During our stay we only used the hotspot of my business iPhone for internet access.

Super close to the beach, also a bus stop is very close - like 2 mins from the apartment, so you can reach the center of Cagliari within 20minutes. Also Martina who was in touch with us regarding the booking was very nice, we were allowed to check out later which helped us tremendously so really appreciated that.

Well. There were cockroaches in the apartment - we saw one our second night at the accommodation so I cannot blame it on our behavior. We also followed the schedule for recycling trash, however ants and cockroaches were present which was bad. Also, furniture would randomly break - huge wooden wall with hangers fell down - luckily noone was standing in front of it so noone was hurt but still, it was not a nice experience. I never had such a bad stay - I mean cockroaches? That is the worst thing you can have. So despite the smooth communication with Martina who manages the property, I have to give only 1*.

The house is very close to the beautiful beach Poetto, bars and shops are very near, the neighborhood is beautiful, I heartily recommend it
