Everything. The location… easy access to public transportation. All flat walking. The elevator was a godsend! The bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet. Though I did stay in the coldest month in the year. My only complaint was the t.v. service was not ua working and I had tried to resolve through management was just a miserable experience. I was promised resolution but never received it. My apartment needed a new receiver box, and the cable guy said he would tell management. I believe he told management, they never responded. The cable guy, whom I discovered in the building was there, helped me. I repeatedly asked management for assistance and response from them concerning this complaint was ignored. Unacceptable. Other than being ignored in this manner was I very pleased with my stay.

Being disregarded when asked for assistance.

Everything. Quiet, clean, comfortable and excellent location.

My TV wasn’t working and trying to get it repaired was impossible. Terrible communication with management.

Die ruhige Lage und die Sauberkeit des kompletten Gebäudes

Mir fällt nichts ein

The room is so small there isnt even a chair. And not the high top table single chair that was in there.
