Clean hotel with private underground parking. They serve breakfast in the room. Smart TV. Good wifi in our room (315)

The pin location on Booking was not set correctly. The address is correct though so use the name of the hotel or directly the address in your map app. At check-in we were charged the 19% fee on top of the room price even though we checked in with passports so it was clear we are foreigners. We realized this after the payment. As I payed by card the receptionist made a complete refund to my card and than we payed again the right amount. Everything sounds good except the refund appeared 7 days later in my account. Not a very good first impression and annoying for someone traveling on a budget. As we got to the room we realized there were missing the refrigerator and the microwave oven mentioned on the room description on Booking. We asked them about it and they brought them both. The room has very thin walls and windows. Our room was on the main road side and it was incredibly noisy. We were on the third floor and we could hear people passing by talking not to mention all the cars and trucks. Using earplugs we managed to sleep well the first night. The second one was worse since in the room next to us there was loud music and karaoke. At check out they wanted to charge us for a bottle of juice we bought ourselves. I had to go back to the room and search for the receipt in the trash bin. They didn't even have that type of juice in the minibar.
