Pros: Great location, comfortable beds Cons: Very musty smelling, our clothing smelled when we got home and opened our suitcases. Terrible water pressure in all sinks and showers. Lots of light coming thru bedroom window all night from the outside hallway. Only 2 beach chairs, both in bad shape.

It’s perfect. It’s on the beach …. Even though you can’t see the ocean from the ground floor unit, you are right there on the beach and it’s beautiful. The resort is in a quiet area that’s lovely yet close to Cocoa Beach. The unit is beautifully decorated and has a large master bed and bathroom. It’s so spacious and pretty! Check in was super easy and communication was outstanding. We had a wonderful time !

Beach area is a few hundred feet away from the back porch! We were able to walk to the beach and the pier (pier was about a mile walk on the beach). Awesome place and so cute! Lights in the extra bedroom didn’t seem to work and water pressure was very low in shower. Still, I would definitely return! I went with my husband and 8 month old baby and this property was perfect for us. We couldn't have asked for a better location- lots of good restaurants within a mile and 1 mile from cocoa beach. About a 30 minute drive to Kennedy Space center. We loved the pool and how we could walk right out to the beach. Loved the decor in the inside. Complaints: The back door was super hard to open and there was no umbrella and toys were needing some updated. We loved sitting on the patio in the evening, but wished we could have seen the ocean. The master bed was super uncomfortable. I would stay here again.

The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom is huge! While we missed being able to see the ocean from the room, the patio was a nice feature for convenience.

Beautiful spot! Ocean less than 50 yards away. Pool and hot tub were great! Room was Wad about 50 feet away from pool area. 1st floor location was perfect for kids! We have a 5, 3, and 1 year old who had a blast in ocean, pool, and hot tub. Great family place to stay and definitely would stay again!

Loved the first floor location! Yes, we gave up the ocean view, but gained so much more in convenience. The patio is very private with plenty of relaxing ocean sounds. I agree with another review that darker/blackout curtains would be nice in bedrooms. Unfortunately there were no bath towels, only beach towels. We made it work, but thought it strange that there were bath cloths yet no towels ‍♀️

We enjoyed our stay. Even though we couldn't see the ocean from our ground floor condo we enjoyed the grassy area for our 4 year old granddaughter and we sat out there in the evenings. Plus, no worries about a child and a balcony. Very clean and the pool was great too.

We had such an amazing stay at this condo in Cape Canaveral. It was extremely clean and very well kept up. There were a few minor scratches and dings here and there, but for a beach rental it was immaculate! This place is beachfront, but there is no view of the ocean because of the dunes. But the grassy area out back was perfect for us so we could let our kids play outside. There is beach access to the left and the right, and both are only a few steps away. I would definitely want to come back here in the future!!

The ground floor was perfect for our girls and they loved running outside in the grassy area in front of the unit. Very close access to the beach and pool. The trade off for the first floor unit was no ocean view from the unit, but for us, it was definitely worth it! One small thing that could be improved would be darker curtains in the bedrooms since the hall light is right outside the master bedroom window. We made our own black out curtains by hanging up one of the blankets provided! The chairs and beach/pool toys were great for the girls, and we even added to the collection. We left behind a boogie board, a skim board, and an inflatable boat/raft. We certainly were not going to try to fly those items home with us to Ohio, so hopefully the next guests can get some use out of them! The Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area is the best! We also highly recommend Wildlife Watersports. We rented a small electric boat (went about 3 miles per hour) for an hour. We were luckyto see at least a dozen dolphins swimming and splashing so close to our boat! We also got to see a rocket launch on our last day here. This was certainly a trip to remember!!

This condo is absolutely precious. It is perfectly cozy with plenty of room for a family of 6. It was spotless when we arrived and has everything you need for a day at the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, beach towels, and toys to accommodate all of our needs. This unit is ground level which is perfect for small children. It’s a short walk to the beach and the shower into the pool is the perfect place to clean off after a day on the beach. It’s located just a short drive from the grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops, surf shops, putt-putt, and so much more. It is also just down the beach from Kennedy Space Center. Before checking out on our last day, we got to watch a launch from the beach. We will certainly be back!

Stayed 4 nights with my wife and two teenage daughters. Great location, very clean condo, lots of space, overall facilities are clean and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
