I really liked that the apartment, it was super clean and I felt really good to have it as my „home away from home“ for 7 nights in Kyoto. The JR line is only 10 mins walking distance to visit Uji, Fushimi Inari and Nara. Main station is 20 mins walking distance which was also totally ok.
The apartment was a bit alert and the neighbours were sometimes quite load. Also the kitchen equipment could be a little better.

Everything was great, especially the staff!
A bit far from the center of things, but easy access by public transportation.

Great value place! Beds great, toilet, shower and kitchenette all very nice. Convenient to transportation and a convenience store. Front desk man very accommodating and responsive.
It’s all you need if not spending much time there. No kitchen table and no chairs in apartment. We used the little coffee table and sat on floor and it works. Not many restaurants nearby. Otherwise good location. No glasses but coffee mugs and nice coffee packets were provided and a kettle.

Great location, 15 minutes walk to Kyoto station, close to a JR and subway line if walking is not your thing.
YMMV
