What an amazing hotel. The staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful - from moment of booking, they were engaging and forthcoming to ensure you have the best experience in Cappadocia - this continued right up till you left, which is so refreshing to experience. The room was perfect, spacious, true to the area yet modern, beautifully decorated. The facilities such as the indoor heated pool, newly revamped restaurant with amazing views, as well as general grounds of hotel is just perfect. Location couldnt be better, with it having an ideal view of the goreme area, as well as being close to the abundance of restaurants and shops in the area. What a magical place to be and well worth every cent.

That we did not stay longer.. everything exceeded our expectations

The hotel is beautifully designed and very stylishly decorated. Our room was spacious with big windows overlooking the town and chimneys. The staff were very helpful and advised and booked a tour for us which was really great. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining space with great view. A huge variety of small, tasty dishes were served as standard plus your choice of eggs. The cave swimming pool and sauna were really enjoyable and we used them after checkout before heading to the airport. It's also in the perfect place to explore all the sights in the area either by foot or to take a tour.

The dining room was not open in the evening. We had booked this hotel partly due to the very good reviews for the restaurant. Apparently they are refurbishing the kitchen but if they can serve breakfast it seems strange that they can't do dinner too. It was a big disappointment.
