Fabulouse resort experience overall. The pool and spa were wonderful, though access to hot tuɓs was difficult - need a step down into hot tubs. Desk clerk loaned me a swimsuit - awesome! Also rough concrete at hot tub railing resulted in a bloody toe! Desk clerk gave me a bandaid but seemed totally unconcerned.
Rooms are small and unimaginatively decorated. I guess the focus is skiing! Reading lights/nightstands dont work well - poor layout. We had to use both beds to have reading lights. Also exterior shingles and trim need paint.

Nice resort, friendly staff, comfortable room. Make sure to bring groceries if want to dine in, the nearest shop is 20 minutes driving in Bethel.

This was a good location for my conference at Sunday River. The facility still seems new, and all the systems--wifi, plumbing, TV, bed/sheets/pillows, tables, etc--were in great shape. Interestingly, my studio room came with kitchen. The surrounding area is beautiful, by the way. I saw family of seven deer cross the road near the hotel.
The pool looked nice, but now that it's fall the outside temperature was too low to go for a swim.
