The location of this property is amazing. Really central to the different areas of Menton and has an amazing view across the beach.

The lack of air conditioning was an issue when we were there as it was in the high 30s and humid. While the ceiling fans were better than nothing, it was still really hot in the apartment. Organising to stay here was not as simple as with most places. There appears to be two different agents looking after the apartment - Pop Holidays and Giotto real estate. Neither were helpful or answered my emails or calls, which meant the apartment had no linen despite my multiple emails and phone messages to the various numbers. Be aware of all the extra costs too - to have, the linen on the beds is outrageously expensive. 40 euros for the double only. This doesn’t include either of the single beds (which I hadn’t realised). So while it is a great spot there are other options better value. We only stayed here because our other cheaper and more inclusive accommodation (with wifi, air con and a pool) cancelled for emergency works.

They forgot to provide me with the entrance code through the main entrance. And I had to call back for the hot water regulator
