This cottage was really cute and had all of the amenities. Perfect for a couple who wants to get away to the beach. it was in walking distance to the beach and the backyard area had a nice breeze.

The house is adorably renovated and well equipped. The living areas were clean except for the run down back porch.
The futon that is listed as a bed was disgustingly filthy! The cover was very stained and had never been washed. I’m a senior and had to flip it over by myself to a less dirty side and line it with beach towels before I put sheets on it. I had to sleep on it since my mother had the bedroom. It was not disclosed to us that there was major commercial construction directly across the street that started at 7 am every day. The temperature went down to the 50s but there were no instructions for the gas wall heater so we had to use heat from the oven to stay warm. I definitely would not stay there again. Sorry 😞
