Hello, this rental was very clean and the perfect location, close to the beach and the bay. We were able to enjoy the beach and then go watch the sunset over the bay, all within walking distance. Owners very nice. Close to restaurants and gift shops as well.

The coordination with Lois at the realtor agency was excellent. Payment processes on VRBO flawless, the property owner was a super sweet woman. The property while a little older was really nicely updated. The kitchen was a little tight but just fine for the 8 of us.
the property was extremely clean (except the cleaning crew forgot to clean a broiler tray (no big deal) the property was exceptionally clean.
the proximity to the beach was 3 houses away. Perfect.
Wonderful people all around, great home, great stay.
Would go back again if we can.

Great house in a great location - very close to the beach. Owners were on site and friendly. House was clean and spacious and had a side porch that was perfect for our crew to gather. The website photos are dated - the bedrooms and bathrooms have been tastefully updated. Highly recommend. (Two driveway spaces, and street parking was never an issue during a busy week)
