We absolutely love the Condo! We enjoyed the room that we had and enjoyed our balcony and the clean property. Easy access to the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants and nightly entertainment. Condo was exactly as described and communication with the property manager was wonderful. We will definitely return.

The condo was great. The pictures are what you get. The condo was updated and decorated very nicely. Beds were comfortable and check in and out was very easy. It is close to all that there is to do in Myrtle beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The room was well maintained and very clean. Great proximity to the beach. Many restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles. It was the perfect spot for our girls getaway!

The condo itself is gorgeous. Huge space. Incredible ocean view. But there was 100% a dog there before us as we had dog hair all over our socks and clothes all week. Also, the kitchen ceiling leaked from above right by the laundry area so we have to keep a bucket there to catch the drips which is gross. And lastly, all window coverings in rooms other than the master do not block out the Sun. So if sunrise is 5:30, we were awake because the room was as bright as can be and on vacation, I would’ve liked to sleep in.

It was easy to communicate with the host. Beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids were provided which was a nice surprise. The location was the perfect spot because you were right on the beach and it was easy to get to every place we needed to go.

Our trip to Myrtle Beach was great. We’ve stayed at Carolina Dunes several times. We love the facility and location. This particular unit was very nice, and very clean.

Have stayed at a number of places in Myrtle Beach , mostly more north. This was a solid find, nothing exceptional but a good place. I liked the huge countertop in the kitchen. Pots and Pans are lacking but were sufficient. Air conditioning was excellent! Would be nice if they left you a vaccum for cleaning during the week. Bed was very comfortable. Shower is very tiny but functional. If you are over 6 feet and 225, good luck. At first I thought the refrigerator was too small but it was ok. The ice maker was very good. I don't care for the fact that the beach in front of the condo is packed with chairs they rent and most are not used. It should be first come first serve for any location on the beach. Overall a solid place

Have stayed at a number of places in Myrtle Beach , mostly more north. This was a solid find, nothing exceptional but a good place. I liked the huge countertop in the kitchen. Unit is very nice with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and complete kitchen. Right on the beach with dedicated access. 10-minute drive to boardwalk, which is far enough that biker week was not overly intrusive. Several close restaurants, grocery stores, and mini golf. Only thing to watch is the sliding door to the balcony -- if left-side door is not fully extended to firmly engage right-side door, lock will not engage.

Perfect condo for our family. The view was wonderful. The building itself is outdated, but inside this condo was fully renovated. Kitchen and bedroom was very spacious and had more than enough space for a large family. Overall, it was a nice and peaceful place to stay, will definitely stay here again

Not a “Luxury” Beach Rental Property

I was very disappointed in this property. I was told that our unit had been recently updated but contents were worn and cheap. The kitchen was poorly furnished and did not even have enough silverware to get us through a day. There were also cockroaches in our kitchen. The mattress in one of the bedrooms had a blood stain on it also. The property is very dated and poorly taken care of. When we arrived the door to our 5th floor balcony had been left fully open and my 5 year old autistic grandson ran straight outside before we could close and lock it. This could have been tragic. The stairwells were locked so if there had been a fire we would not have had access to them. The doors to the condos do not automatically lock which is a big safety hazard!!! I would not recommend this property!!!

Checking in was so easy ! Wonderful staff very helpful. Only negative was the noise from the repair above us for a few days got pretty loud a couple days. Will definitely return in the future
