George at the front desk was most helpful his dinner recommendations were wonderful

Bit noisy at night elevator and other guest you could hear at all hours

Very Chic. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice little extra touches here and there, like Loukoumi at arrival and free water every day. The breakfast was high quality.

The lobby has one single, lonely canary bird in a small cage in a busy, bright, overstimulating corridor. The bird kept frantically flying back and forth during the morning rush, showing signs of stress. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, for the wellbeing of the animal, at the very least get a second canary, a bigger cage and a calmer, more appropriate living space. However, using a live animal as a chic “accessory” for the lobby is outdated and gross either way. The door to the room had little to no soundproofing, and the hallway can get loud. The hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs by the bed, and it turns out they’re very necessary. It sounded like the door might as well have been open. The shower and bathroom areas were thoughtfully designed, and even with Rituals-branded toiletries. However, the shower clearly lacks ventilation, as there was a lot of black mold. While the breakfast was of good quality, it was a bit awkwardly organized. The cups and glasses had run out, and we had to search in the cupboards to find what we needed. It was really nice to have a press for fresh orange juice, but it was clogged with pulp and took forever to dispense the juice. There were several used table sets, and we had to search for a clean table. I don’t blame the staff, the poor lady seemed to have a lot of work to do on her own and just couldn’t keep up.

Athens4 is truly our home away from home! The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is absolutely wonderful\. They always ask if we need anything and go out of their way to help. George was especially helpful, as were all the other staff members. We even left a pair of shoes behind, and they kindly kept them aside for us to pick up on our way back. That’s the kind of care that makes a hotel special\. We always feel so welcome here and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

posizione centrale, colazione non molto varia ma buona, struttura bella e moderna, personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile.

purtroppo la struttura è rumorosa, dalla camera si sente il rumore delle campane, e anche quelli all’interno della struttura generati dagli altri ospiti e dallo staff in fase di pulizia delle camere. Infatti all’interno della camera vengono forniti i tappi per le orecchie.
