Esta muy bien ubicado, zona movida (lugares para comprar comida, etc) y parece segura durante la noche tambien. El departamento es espacioso y estaba todo limpio. El check in fue facil tambien, nos dieron un codigo y con eso te manejas toda la estadia. Tambien todo tenia aire y funcionaba bien por suerte porque fuimos en verano.

El departamento es bastante oscuro y al ser una planta baja no podes abrir las cortinas porque siempre pasa gente y las cortinas son de color rojo, lo que le resta mas luz aun. En nuestro caso la cortina de la habitacion no estaba, entonces no podiamos levantar la persiana, por lo que habia que prender al luz si o si. Como detalle, el baño no esta separado completamente, la entrada es un vano de piso a techo (de tal vez 3m) y tiene una puerta corrediza que tapa solo 2m por ejemplo, por lo que arriba de la puerta esta siempre abierto y puede ser un poco incomodo si son varios. Nada fue terrible igual, el departamento esta bien, no ibamos a pasar tiempo ahi ya que generalmente uno va de paseo, pero estaria bueno que reparen lo de la cortina!

Mala coordinación con la limpieza

Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment was disappointing, and the biggest problem was the complete lack of communication and support from the property. From the moment I arrived, it was almost impossible to get any help. I could not even enter the accommodation because the access instructions and codes I had been given were incorrect. I contacted the property repeatedly through both WhatsApp and Booking.com, clearly explaining that I was standing outside and could not get into the apartment. Nobody responded. Eventually, I managed to enter only by trying another code that had been provided. What was particularly concerning was that the same code opened both entrance doors to the building and the door to my apartment on the ground floor. From a security perspective, this made me very uncomfortable, because anyone who knew the entrance code could potentially access the apartment. I therefore kept the apartment locked with the physical key whenever I was inside. Unfortunately, the lack of communication continued throughout my stay. One of the air conditioners started leaking heavily, with water running down the wall and onto the floor, close to electrical sockets. I immediately contacted the property, explained what was happening and said that I would stop using the air conditioner because I was concerned about safety. Again, there was absolutely no response. Nobody contacted me, nobody came to inspect it, and nobody attempted to repair it. Later, I discovered that the second air conditioner was leaking as well. At that point, I did not even see any purpose in contacting the property again, because my previous messages had simply been ignored. This was particularly unacceptable considering that the temperature in Seville was around 38°C. I was left in an apartment where both air conditioners were faulty and could not be safely used, with absolutely no assistance from the property. There were also serious cleanliness issues.
