Ample kitchen. Cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water heater, tea kettle, refrigerator, and dishes. Owner is kind. But it would be better if you could understand French. Rooms are clean and TV is big. Easy to find your way to the nearest subway. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, and there was a body soap shampoo for men. But considering the price, that's not surprising!

It would be better if face towels were available in addition to bath towels.

Owner was extremely friendly. We had the attic room which was huge for us, had a really comfortable stay. The other guests in the house were friendly as well. Kitchen and dining room downstairs was convenient to cook meals and chat with other guests. Bus station is only a few steps from the house which connects to the metro/train stations. There’s also a train station only a few minutes walk away. Neighborhood is quiet and comfortable.

Located in a pleasant residential area, 6 minutes walking distance from a RER B train that took us straight to the Paris center in 20 minutes. Extremely clean - one of the cleanest accommodation we've ever stayed in. Mandatory removing of shoes at the main entrance by all guests helped keeping the common areas very clean. Bringing our own slippers helped us feel like at home. Convenient common kitchen and eating area with oven, induction stove, cutlery and basic equipment; we never actually met other guests there, also due to overall small size of the house. Good double-glazed windows and external window blinds fort comfortable sleep. Friendly owners. Parking on the street just in front of the house felt rather safe; 5 EUR per day 9am-7pm; free on weekends, nights and holidays.

The street in front is not very busy at night but still with open window one would hear every car and line bus rather strongly. Luckily in autumn the windows were not needed open during the night and we could sleep quietly. Small room size does not allow for more equipment than bed & hanger & bed table (no shelves/wardrobe) but for short stay it's absolutely ok.

I don’t like to be critical of such a great place, it was perfect except for one small thing - the glass shelf attached to the mirror in the en-suite. Remove this shelf and I would happily give it 100%.

the picture of the room in the website did not portray the room that we got. They gave us a room in top floor of the house which has a separate washroom. The problem is the size of the shower, it’s almost difficult to shower there. I am an average sized female and my head was touching the roof. the same problem with the location of the bed, we had to move the bed so that we don’t get ourselves hurt by the roof/pillars. Moreover, the bed was a sofa bed from IKEA, one edge of the bed was so sharp that anyone can hurt if they are not careful at night. I didn’t see the picture of this bed or room in the website otherwise I wouldn’t book this room. I felt the towels were not that clean as well.

Great for a short stay, close to the metro station, bakery and restaurants, the room was calm and clean. The common kitchen was well equipped and tidy.

Some shelves or drawers would do so we could unpack our stuff.

Lots of things to improve. The price is too high for such treatment. The house and the things inside don’t smell like too good (all the pictures on the walls and all, seems just taken from a Chinese shop). The room is small, no wardrobe, kind of silky but plastic feeling bed sheets (but the caretaker changed them with something acceptable after complaint), horrific pillows with a bad small (does it cost too much to buy something a bit better?). Just two very small towels for two guests, the washroom is very small and you cannot wash your face without hitting the shelter in front of the mirror. What an amazing work whoever built the washroom. The shower doesn’t have a possibility to change the direction of the water when it’s up (it wouldn’t cost too much something a bit more handy). Honestly, I spent almost 80 euros per night and, maybe it’s a cheap price in Paris, but in Rome or any other city for the same price I would have had a royal treatment. A terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend. I hope that the guest take this message as a recommendation and change the things in the house for a better experience. We are travelers, not just money walking.

Lovely property with a patio. The hosts were very kind. Bedroom space, bathroom, and shared kitchen were clean.

No real complaints. Just know that the bedroom fits the bed and not much else. No A/C so if you are planning travel in warmer months just keep this in mind!
