The continental breakfast was very good with lots of choices and lasted both nights we stayed, very impressed.

Nothing I didn’t like

It was in a quiet location with a parkside bar nearby. The host (Jo) was very helpful and informative. The breakfast left for us exceeded our expectations especially the cold meats and pastries. The garden was free for us to use and relax whenever we wanted.
Nothing. It was warm but there was a fan and opening the windows and door created a breeze.

Nice warm welcome from Jo. Plenty of food left for our stay. Lovely location with easy access to main routes. Peaceful site with nice friendly Parkside Bar and restaurant, serving excellent food and great value for money. Some lovely walks around the lakes and woods.
Accommodation is much smaller than expected. Quite cramped once luggage was in as not much storage space. Room had very outdated mis-mash of furniture and decor. Bed has had its day! Could feel springs through mattress, noisy when turning in bed.
Found washing breakfast dishes and cups in the bathroom sink very awkward. Overall, in our opinion, the property needs a re-vamp and is overpriced for the accommodation on offer.
