place was clean , hot water, air conditioner worked great. Nice pool , friendly staff

There was no one at the property full time. you have to WhatsApp when you want to check out , or if a staff member was around.

Location was good. Close to some nice restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. High praise for their efforts.

For personal reasons I had to depart early from my 11 night stay by 3 nights. The owner refused to allow me to return to use these paid-for nights in upcoming months. Is this a way to do business and have return guests? I'm disappointed by this refusal.

Such a helpful staff

The apartment is in safe and almost quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped and, the ac is working fine. The beach, lots of restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance. The best thing after a long day at the beach is the pool!!

Everything was so good that I extended my stay in Zihua.
