The terrace is large and the views are nice.
Wardrobes are old and need reform. The petrol smell from the cars in the basement goes all way up by the lift and enters the apartment. The property has a closed garage but it is very small, will not suit for an average size car.

The absent owner needs to spend a bit of money on it .

Everything was perfect. The location and view from the apartment is amazing. It's close to the beach, supermarket as well as to train/bus stops. Olivier is a very kind and helpful host. He explained all our questions and provided very pleasant stay at the apartment. We plan to come back for sure.

The apartment was amazing 🤩, clean, beautiful view, perfect to watch the sunrise. Close to supermarket, beach and train station.
The owner was also very nice and helpful.
